Kenny Florian hires wrestling coach after facing top wrestler
Never accuse Kenny Florian of not learning from his mistakes. The former contender at lightweight was outwrestled by Gray Maynard at UFC 118. To keep that from happening again, Florian has changed up his training plans. "I'm more motivated than ever. I'm pissed, to be honest. I want to crush my training. That's what I'm focused on right now. I just hired the assistant wrestling coach at Boston University (Sean Gray) to be my wrestling coach here in Boston and I have other plans for a lot of other things as far as training goes."Florian is to be applauded for not standing pat after losing. With the win over Florian, Maynard earned a shot at Frankie Edgar's title. No matter who wins that bout, a Division I wrestler will hold the lightweight belt, since"Lights Out" Toney-The Party is Over: Who's next? Tyson?
